The location was convenient given the limited lodging options, and I appreciated the flexibility for a late-night check-in, which eased our arrival after a long drive.

The rooms were brand-new with a variety of equipment, felt like home. A microwave, tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator were provided if needed. Nice location in the middle of jackson was a plus. Besides, it was not far from restaurants and convenient market.

took sometime to get someone to the desk at check in was quoted 10 dollars for a roller bed before check in upon check in was told it was 15 dollars at check out no one was a the desk so i had to just leave my key there and leave

The sheets were so heavily stained that I thought I'd checked into a horror movie. To top it off, the air conditioner only turned off if you unplugged it, what a lovely feature! I woudl ve been thrilled with a welcome gesture or upgrade for my inconvenience, but I guess I'm just regular here.

WiFi would not connect. And their was pubic hair behind bathroom door.

The staff was friendly and helpful .

Upon arrival, I found that the heater didn't work at all. I also had to deal with a toilet that wouldn't flush properly, needing to plunge it multiple times. To top it off, the room had bugs crawling on the ceiling, completely unacceptable, and I was never offered fresh towels during my entire four-day stay.

The location is really good for a trip we take often. Walking distance to restaurants and convenient market.

Comfortable stay with a decent breakfast

Our king room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the simple check-in process, quick and efficient. I think the breakfast options could be improved, as they mostly consisted of pre-packaged items and limited choices.

The rooms are exceptionally comfortable with a variety of equipment. It has very very nice staff.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. On my first visit, the staff helped me with places to visit. Jamie was especially kind during a tough time. I can't wait to come back for a holiday!

The Double Room had only two pillows on each bed, which wasn't enough for comfort. The towels had noticeable stains. The heater wasn't working well either, but I did appreciate the late check-in option. Location was decent, not the worst.

Family with children not a bad stay

The staff was friendly and were pretty good too help us . We really enjoyed the newly remodeled rooms that were clean, it.

Not the cheapest option out there but still manageable.

The living area was warm and inviting, with cozy couches and cheerful signs. Accessibility was great, allowing easy navigation for seniors like myself.

Room amenities could use better maintenance and cleaning.
